David Watts has held paid and volunteer leadership positions at prominent non-profit and for-profit organizations in New Hampshire and Vermont, including Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital/Dartmouth Health, Simon Pearce and Kendal at Hanover.
David has also served as a board member and officer at Vital Communities, David’s House, the River Valley Human Resource Association and the SHRM Vermont State Council.

David earned a Master of Science degree in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (industrial/organizational concentration) from the University of Connecticut.
Additionally, David completed a one year Chief Human Resource Officer program at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 2024.
David has called the Upper Valley his home for over twenty-five years and lives in Norwich, Vermont with his family. In his free time, David can often be found on a bike, on skis or on a trail.
